Working in conjunction with groups such as No Fracking Dublin

Are you being deluged with leaflets from local election candidates already?

Would you like to be at the theatre when they next call to the door?

We need your help. And in return you can win 2 tickets to see Donal O'Kelly's new play Little Thing, Big Thing - "a high octane jump into the world of international energy skullduggery" - which is touring the country over the next month.

Along with activists from local fracking-free groups we want to collect the contact details of all the candidates running in the local elections around the country.

The best place to find that information is on the leaflets that are coming through your door.

Will you take five minutes to pop the information into this online form? Everyone who does will be entered into a draw to win 2 tickets for Donal's new play. You can enter as often as you like, every candidate's details you submit up to midnight on Friday 21st March will count as one entry.

You will be helping to build the movement against fracking in Ireland. We will use the information to launch a campaign to get all local election candidates to commit to a "No fracking pledge". Two counties - Leitrim and Donegal - have already prohibited fracking in their county development plans. The local elections are the opportunity to elect anti-fracking majorities to as many councils as possible across the country.

We want you to be able to email all your local candidates to urge them to take the "No fracking pledge", but first we need the candidate details. If information is power then, in this case, the people have the information and we need your help to turn it in to community power. Just click here and fill in any candidate information you've got.

Together we can keep Ireland fracking-free.
