October 3, 2008 View all news Green Drinks is an international idea that has now spread to over 390 cities around the world! The event is made simple and informal and is a chance to mix with other like-minded people, share info and make friends & contacts.The next Green Drinks in Dublin will be on Tuesday 7th Octber from 6pm to 8pm. Upstairs at The South William Bar, 52 South William Street, Dublin 2.The idea is that people with an interst in the environment can meet to share ideas and successes. It generally results in a very lively evening with an interesting mix of people. In Dublin the event is co-hosted by Friends of the Earth and Leafliving, an online eco-retailer. Come along and you'll be made welcome. The Friends of the Earth staffers will be sporting campaign tee-shirts (they're funky t-shirts, honest) and we'll be happy to introduce you to whoever is there. It's a great way of catching up with people you know and also for making new contacts.
