Friends of the Earth is participating as part of a delegation of five Environmental NGOs who are members of the Irish Environmental Network (IEN). The presentation is a response to the two legislative proposals, both the Effort Sharing Proposal and the amended Emissions Trading Scheme(ETS). This document represents Friends of the Earth's position on these EU proposals.
