Climate Bill hearings continue at Environment Committee

As part of its on-going series of comprehensive hearings on the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Bill 2013 over the next two weeks, the Environment Committee will meet with Professor Peadar Kirby, Professor Emeritus of International Politics and Public Policy, University of Limerick; and Brian Ó Gallachóir, Lecturer in Energy Engineering, University College Cork tomorrow, Tuesday 2nd July 2013.

Michael McCarthy, Cathaoirleach of the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Environment, Culture and the Gaeltacht, said: "Tomorrow will kickstart a comprehensive series of meetings over the coming two weeks where we will hear from and engage with around 30 witnesses in relation to the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Bill 2013.
