This speech was delivered by Friends of the Earth Director, Oisin Coghlan, to the Environment Ireland conference on 4th September 2007. It's sets out Friends of the Earth's analysis of Irish climate policy in the wake of the General Election and the formation of a new Government and our hopes for a concerted effort to ensure Ireland does its fair share to prevent runaway climate change.
