Summary
EPA's report published on Kyoto Day 2007, 16th February, for Ireland's GHG emission estimates 2005. It shows Ireland's emissions are now 25.4% above 1990 levels, whereas our commitment under Kyoto is to limit the rise in our emissions growth to just 13%.
